As many of you know, I am a Realtor who lives in Bucks County Pennsylvania. I represent buyers and sellers and handle clients in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Chester and Delaware counties. Even though that is a big territory to a lot of realtors, with as organized as I am, and with my support staff, I am able to maximize my time in each location and I am often able to serve more than one clients needs at a time. That being said there are a lot of similarities that all of these counties share, most importantly that the Real Estate Market is Very Strong. Properties that are priced correctly in the area are selling quickly due to a lack of inventory.
